1. Service Scope and Areas
Rashi One Way Cab operates point-to-point drop taxi services, round trips, wedding car hires, and airport transfers across all 38 districts of Bihar (including Patna, Gaya, Rajgir, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, etc.). We act as a professional transport agency providing licensed, sanitized vehicles operated by police-verified chauffeurs.
2. Bookings and Fare Estimates
- WhatsApp Quotes: Booking requests submitted via our website form are converted into WhatsApp details. Fares quoted dynamically are approximate and based on standard routes.
- Advance Deposits: To guarantee dispatch, particularly during peak wedding seasons or late-night schedules, customers are required to scan the official QR code to complete an advance payment deposit on our verified page (https://rashi-one-way-cab.in).
- Booking Finalization: A booking is officially confirmed only after we verify the advance payment receipt and transmit the driver name and vehicle registration details to your mobile number.
3. Pricing, Tolls, and State Taxes
We maintain absolute price transparency:
- One-Way Drop Rates: You are charged solely for the drop distance traveled. There are no round-trip charging requirements for one-way journeys.
- Exclusions: State highway tolls, national highway tolls, and inter-state permits (if crossing borders outside Bihar) are billed at actual cost. These can be paid directly by the passenger at toll plazas or added to the final invoice.
- Driver Allowances: Night driving charges (typically active between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM) are specified upfront.
4. Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Cancellations by Customer: Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of any advance deposit. Cancellations within 12 hours will attract a standard processing deduction.
- Cancellations by Agency: In the rare event of mechanical vehicle failures, driver delays, or extreme weather warnings on Bihar highways, we will make every effort to arrange an alternative vehicle. If we fail to secure backup transport, your advance deposit will be refunded in full.
5. Passenger Rules & Conduct
- Luggage Limits: Luggage capacity is vehicle-dependent (e.g., 2 bags for Swift Dzire, 5 bags for Toyota Innova). Passengers must specify heavy luggage counts in the booking form.
- Illegal Activities: The carriage of illegal substances, contraband, unauthorized arms, or high-capacity cash in violation of Bihar state transport laws is strictly prohibited. The chauffeur reserve the right to deny service immediately.
- Alcohol Ban: In accordance with the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, the possession, transport, or consumption of alcohol inside our vehicles is strictly illegal and will result in booking termination without refund.
6. Safety and Liability
All our vehicles undergo safety maintenance checks, and all drivers carry valid commercial driving licenses. However, Rashi One Way Cab is not liable for delayed arrivals due to force majeure events such as road construction blockades, state bandhs, rail crossing blockages, or high traffic congestion on Bihar highways.
7. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Bihar, India. Any disputes arising out of bookings, billing disputes, or transport execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
